Q. I want to transfer data from my desktop to a laptop. Is there a way to connect the laptop to the desktop & use it like a flash drive where I can just copy & paste? Both systems are running XP. Thanks!
A. I'd use a USB Flashdrive and copy my data onto it. then use the flashdrive to put it on the other computer.
Easy as pie.
You can also use a crossover cable (a network cable that connects to the network ports of both PCs). Once they are networked, you can just copy and paste info from one computer to the next.

How do I transfer data from one hard drive to another?
Q. How do I transfer data from one hard drive to another?
A. You can connect the next drive as a slave in the same machine and transfer the data.
Your question does not clarify about what is your OS , Desktop or Laptop, is the transfer to be done within 2 disks connected in same machine or not etc.

How can I transfer data from a Blackberry Storm to an iPhone?
Q. I have a need to transfer data from a Blackberry Storm to an iPhone, with this base information, is it possible to do this transfer without too much difficulty.
A. It works!
You can transfer the BB contents to PC or Mac, whatever you use and then sync those to iPhone. Or alternatively, you can also use an iPhone data transfer, that shall definitely help you with that.
Best of luck...

Can I transfer data between two Xbox 360 hard drives?
Q. Can I transfer data between two Xbox 360 hard drives? I have two hard drives, plenty of space on both of them, and downloaded games on both of them. I would like to use only one hard drive for my downloaded games from Xbox Live. Is this possible?
A. Here's what you do:
1) Buy a transfer cable. (10-25$)
2) Start one system, with a hard drive attached.
3) Connect one end of the cable to the hard drive in the system, attach the other end to your secondary hard drive.
4) Go into the menu on your dashboard, and there should be an option to transfer data.
Also, you don't need to have both hard drives attached to a system and powered on.. Just the one.
I recently had this same problem, bought the cable, used it, and then returned it. :P
